This article will introduce you to various types of exercise to get rid of moobs.
By reading it you will have some general information on how to lose moobs with exercises, as well as what are some of the best exercises to lose man boobs once and for all.
Why You Won’t Lose Moobs Solely With Chest Exercises…
Many men want to know which exercises can help you get rid of moobs. Contrary to popular belief, there is no secret chest exercise, which will help you lose moobs in the fastest time possible.
Miracle pushups, revolutionary chest presses or other moobs exercises are not as effective with losing moobs as you think.
This is because it is impossible to lose fat only in a specific part of your body by simply performing exercises aimed at working out the muscles in that particular area of your body (chest muscles in this case).
By trying to localize your fat loss with spot reductions, you will merely be wasting your time and energy. To be more specific, the muscle has no influence over how much surrounding fat they have.
Therefore, in order to achieve great visible muscle tone, you will need to lose body fat with the right type of exercise regimen.
Interval training (the right cardiovascular exercises for moobs) has been proven to be the most effective way to lose man boobs with exercising.
Use Interval Training To Lose Moobs With Exercises
Interval training is the right kind of cardiovascular exercise when it comes to geting rid of moobs.
For instance, taking advantage of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) or sprint interval training can help you lose your man breasts faster then you think.
Both, high-intensity and sprint interval training, were designed to improve your performance with short training sessions.
HIIT is basically a form of cardio, which is ideal for the burning of fat through short and intense workouts. Great numbers of men have used HIIT to get rid of their chest fat effectively.
Normal sessions for HIIT may vary anywhere from 9-20 minutes, with its original protocol set at a 2:1 ratio for work to recovery periods. For instance, runners need to alternate 15-20 seconds of hard sprinting with ten seconds of walking or jogging.
Your typical HIIT session should comprise of a warm up period exercise, and subsequently 6-10 repetitions of high intensity exercises, separated by medium intensity exercises to lose moobs.
You should then finish off with a period of cool down exercises.
High intensity exercises should be done near maximum intensity, while the medium at 50% intensity.
The length and number of repetitions depends on the type of exercise, with your main aim being to achieve a minimum of 6 cycles and have your entire HIIT session last at least 15 minutes but less than 20.
HIIT is a great way to maximize your workouts to get rid of moobs when facing time limitations. It is for this reason that many fitness experts (including Jeff Halevy) have made HIIT a must in their routines.
Men’s Health Interval Training Workout
There was an example of interval training workout published in Men’s Health magazine, that I want to share with you. You can use to lose your moobs.
Interval Variation I: Standard
This is a typical interval workout in which you need to alternate the same period of low intensity with the same period of higher intensity.
1. part: 3 – 5 minutes warm-up (light jogging, low intensity, gradually increase towards the end of your warm-up period).
2. part: 1 minute moderate or high intensity followed by one minute low intensity (repeat 6 – 8 times
3. part: 3 – 5 minutes cool down (light jogging, low intensity, gradually decrease towards the end of your cool down period
Importance of Combining Interval Training With Strength Training
For better results it is important to combine interval training with at least 20-30 minutes of strength training.
Strength training includes the use of weights such as dumbbells and exercises such as pushups squats, planks and lunges.
This will work in toning your muscles which will look great once the stubborn fat is burnt off. Doing strength training will help boost your testosterone levels as well.
